There would have been 20 of us strung out along the food stall street, browsing through dinner options ranging from pad thai to fried bugs.  In that first orientation week in Lopburi Thailand we could tell the 10 week trip was going to be an exciting, challenging, God-filled experience. It sure was! Our team went in two groups to different locations, teaching English, doing manual labour, running programmes in schools and helping in a refugee camp. Back in NZ for the final part of the Headspace year our team has been reflecting on their time together, the study, work experience, ministry training and offshore trip.

Michael and Lois Good, our hard working Headspace Administrators have thoroughly enjoyed watching God transform the lives of each person participating. Eddie Best, Rochelle Hockley and Sikkharin Saepan have done a fantastic job as Interns in Headspace working with the Goods as part of the Leadership Team. Through mentoring, our fabulous guest lecturers, practical experience and living in an awesome Christian community, our team receive significant input into their lives during the year and build a solid foundation for their faith going forward.
Headspace runs from the beginning of February until mid November each year and further details can be found on the GCiM website or through asking for an information pack.
