It is a hard life for diabetics. These orphaned girls were diagnosed two years ago with  diabetes but relatives took them to Angola [for native medicine] and they returned to us  with severe cataracts. One was almost  completely blind. We were able to sponsor them to  Kalene Hospital in Zambia who had a team from Mukinge hospital come to do the  operation. The Granny is so delighted as was the girls. They sang at our chapel service  outreach and ones tears flowed freely onto the ground. They are very disadvantaged as  schooling has been interrupted, diabetic for life as well as blindness until now. Next  operation is in September. Their Granny had two crippled daughters so she desires to see  these girls live to look after her and her other spastic daughter. Mazau is speaking out our  conference 28th June.
