Congo-176x117For us the arrival of May is the beginning of the dry season. There are no more rains and bumpy dusty roads. This is also the time for making bricks, burning them and getting on with building projects. We are aiming for making 100,000 bricks of two different sizes for toilet blocks, a fence around the hospital and a house for a new couple coming out: Josh and Keri. Conferences are starting and ours is at the beginning of June when Murray’s team comes, then various conferences will be on until September. I have been invited to Kolwezi to speak at a women’s conference to 5000 folk. Pray for good preparation time. The end of the rains means that people don’t get sick the same so the income at the hospital drops dramatically. Staff have had their hours reduced. Pray for wisdom.
